would someone please be able to tell me if the ford focus 1.6 zetec 2001 y reg automatic suppose to come with a fob key I have 1 normal key and can get one done if it should have one many thanks

    Zetec may have had central locking, but not necessarily guaranteed. If you remove the courtesy map light and look behind, is there a little box? if so, the car probably has remote central locking, if not then you can (as one member recently did) add it yourself for a small cost.

    I thought the only version of the MK1 that didn't come with central locking was the CL?

    Often that was the case, but I recall a recent member with a reasonable spec motor also had the same issue. he did a guide on retrofitting it and posted it in the guides section!
