Headlight Noise

Mk6 fiesta flame 2004

Got an issue with passenger side headlamp when headlights are on.

There is constant noise, what I can only describe as a clattering noise when the headlights are on.

Took the headlamp unit out last night to have a look, gave it the good old fashioned whack and it stopped, only for the problem to come back tonight.

Tried adjusting the headlamp levelling wheel from.1-4 and back again a few times but doesnt stop the noise.

There doesnt appear to be anyway of getting inside the unit itself to investigate!

Anyone had similar issue.

Is it a case of a new headlamp unit?
