Will This Audio/nav System Off Ebay Work With Fords Voice Control ???

Seen this audio/nav system on eBay no mention that it works with fords voice control if any of you guys fitted one or know

It wont work with voice control but the other stalk controls should work. These are Chinese units which the produce to fit in most makes.
