Mk4 Speedo Cluster.

Does anybody know how to remove the speedo cluster from a mk4 fiesta? I can't find a answer anywhere and I'm not willing to pull on mine until it snaps. I managed to get it once where I undid four screws holding it into the dashboard but after that when I went to pull it, it felt like it was connected behind at the bottom.

TLDR; How do I remove it (safely)

Also, if anybody knows on how to change the colour from standard green that would be very helpful. I think it is just a piece of filter that needs changing, but can anybody clarify or help me there aswell?
