Servicing

Featured Replies

Hi All,

New to the forum, so apologies if this has already been posted. I haven't had our 2009 Fiesta 1.25 for a few years now, mainly due to low mileage. Ive noticed a few local Ford Garages offering fixed priced servicing (£189) for a major. Is it worth it? Are there any software updates that anyone knows about in the past few years? Smaller garages are offering a full service for around £50 cheaper, Im not even sure Ford do software updates as part of the service for free, its just they do with our Volvo so it always has been done by a main dealer.

Any help much appreciated!

Sam

To be honest, I wouldn't take my car to Ford in a fit. Overpriced, and shoddy workmanship.

Go somewhere else. Go anywhere else.

Thanks guys. A local garage will do a full service for £109. So ill go with that. They probably use better quality oil too!
