I am just doing a job on a mates Mondeo 2003. He doesn't have a remote key for it and has to open it by the barrel. There is quite a bit to do on this car, including changing the drivers door,

We just bought another non runner the same and I was wondering how much work it would be to take the lock set off and put it in his. I know I would need to change the barrels, and I believe the central locking module is in the drivers door. Would there be anything else to do i.e. program this to get the vehicle to start e.t.c

    yea its bit more than that because of the immobilizer or pats system control unit under the drivers side of dash lower section by pedals a auto locksmith can program and cut a remote key for £85 thats not a clone key either,hope this helps
