H.i.d Xenon Problem

Featured Replies

So finally today i managed to install my xenon kits.after all i got my 6000k h11 kit on my fog and an 6000k h7 on my main beam.

the problem is that when i turn the switch to the main beam most of the times both headlights dont turn on..

sometimes the left is on sometimes the right is on and sometimes both off.

so i turn the ligts off and again till both light on. anyone knows what is going on ?

my fog kit is working perfect

double check the connections, if its not that let them warm up, mine take around 8seconds to fully come on, if not send them back and have a refund or another set sent out to you, and also try and grap some pictures or vids of them not working as proof.

its not the warm up for sure .. any other sollution that might be helpfull? otherwise i will send them back as you said

if the halogen bulbs worked fine, then id say its a dodgy ballast but it would be unlikly both would do it, so id just send them back if you get a replacment try them out if they dont work send them back and ask for a refund, but i have ones from Hids Direct and they are spot on now

a guy told me that i need full can bus on those.. which i still believe that aint truth but i messed my mind right now couse im worried about my ecu with those ballasts

Ecu will be fine, doesn't pick up blown or hid bulbs, fiestas do NOT need can bus systems as they dont have it, they are trying to sell you more at more cost, the ecu will be fine mate its shielded from almost everything!

do you think it may be the fuse ? i got the drl headlamp and it might use other fuse than the standart headlight so i might need more Amp on my fuse

It wont be the fuse m8, either the fuse is flowing current or it aint, im 100% positive its the ballasts buddy, send them back and if you get another set im sure they will work, if your previous bulbs worked fine, then adding the hids caused this problem its the hids
