Music Played By Usb From Samsung Device

Featured Replies

Hi all, a week or so ago I asked if I could play music from a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in a Mk 7 2005 fiesta titanium via USB.

Since my initial post, I decided to give my android tablet a go. I bought the DoubleTwist AirSync app and now use double twist on my mac to organise and sync my music with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.

The music plays just fine on the device, yet when I plug it in via USB in my fiesta, a message comes up on the screen saying "Device Not Supported".

I understand that the tablet may not be supported, but surely the tablet is that much different to a Note 3 except not being able to make phone calls?

I don't want to get a Note 3 and no be able to play music in my car and not have full control over being able to skip songs and browse playlists etc.

Any one else have/heard this issue?

Many thanks.

I can't play music via usb, I have a Samsung galaxy s3 and a 2009 mk 7 fiesta.

I just play it through blue tooth or aux cable though.

Oh thats such a shame, I've tried the bluetooth streaming, but don't have any control over skipping songs etc. Its such a pain!

In mine you can skip songs using blue tooth

It's much easier than an aux lol I only use the usb port for charging my phone while driving

Unfortunately mine doesn't give me that functionality. I wish it did though because I'd much prefer to play music via bluetooth.
