Hi all

I have developed a problem recently with the car stuttering in gear 1 and 2 when in low revs and pulling away. After stutter i get a cloud of smoke out the back and this has only started after recently replacing my egr valve

Could this be a clogged inlet manifold?

I have tried millers diesel treatment and i have also had my injector seals replaced. oil and filter change completed along with a new fuel filter and a terraclean

Just to note, this happens off boost, and when the turbo kicks in there is no stutter at all

I have disconnected the EGR and the problem disappears. What could the issue be?

Can anyone else shed any light please?
