Wind Deflectors

Featured Replies

I've never had wind deflectors before but I can see why they could be nice - and they do look great!

So I'm looking for a pair for my 5-door Fiesta 2013 1.0 Ecoboost but several brands are offered on eBay. Are there any that I should prefer - or stay away from?

I'm planning on putting deflectors on all 4 doors - doesn't that look best (on a 5-door)?

id always go for climair they are the best imo, some people get team heko but they dont fit very well and can become loose, climair are perfect look great and fit exactly! so id get all 4 doors done looks odd with just the fronts on a 5 door

There are only 2 different ones I believe - team heko and climair.

I bought the climair ones and love them. Don't really like the shape of the heko ones but I think the heko ones are a slightly darker tint.

Think it just comes down to personal preference really

Could you take a picture from the side of the car for me, CookieM? I haven't been able to find a picture of a 5-door with deflectors on it.

I can do but I have a 3 door.

Maybe someone else here has them on a 5 door?

I have the Heko ones,,,, always used them and never had any problems with them, always fitted well, and I personally like the look of these over the others available. Each to their own I guess.

Thanks for the advice, guys :)

I see that the Climair comes in both black and smoke grey. It's hard to tell what will look best without seeing them - what did you guys choose?

Where are you seeing that? I thought they just came in 'clear' or 'dark tint'

There are stick on types. Try..http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Fiesta-2008-2012-5dr-Hatchback-Window-Wind-Rain-Deflectors-Stick-on-/181306744928?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item2a36b96060

I have used these for the last 7 years without problems. I never rhought that putting another thickness of plastic into the window Cheaper than Climair as well,

If you look at the German eBay the sellers there all have them in clear, smokey grey and dark. I've ordered the smokey grey as my windows are all only standard with no extra tint so I guessed the dark/black would stand out.

Ah right. Should look good :) post up some pics when they arrive

I don't really get wind deflectors

You & me both.

Seems totally pointless as I can crack open my window without any rain coming in & without cheap plastic making my car look like a 70's throw back.
