Hi. I have the 6000cd in my 2009 zetec s. In the centre of the volume dial there is a silver disc, this is missing on mine. Not a big problem but it bugs me. Any idea where to get a replacement?

    There are no spare parts available for most Original Ford radio's.

    In my opinion there are 2 options if you want to fix your radio. The 1st option is to buy a defective 6000CD, remove the volume knob and install it on your 6000CD. The 2nd option is to find someone who can make a replacement part for you (made out of aluminium on a lathe for example).
