    It depends... A "universal" back box is exactly that - "universal" so it may fit many cars, which means it's not made to fit any specific car (eg - yours) so it may, or may not fit your car, or may require modifications to the exhaust, hanger, or bodywork to make it fit -

    Also - it could be made by anyone
