Engine Light

Featured Replies

Hi

I have recently blanked my EGR, after a few days my orange engine light came on, the car drives the same so not gone in to limp mode. I know i need a code reader to check the code (pay day on tuseday) but can any one tell me if i have a Euro 3 or 4 engine. As the EGR flow is mesured and no flow will put the light on.

I have got the infomation below from ETIS

Primary Features
Build Date: 10.05.2005 Vehicle Line: Focus 04-08/Focus C-MAX 03-07 Body Style: 3 Door Saloon Version: Series 15 Engine: 2.0L Duratorq-TDCi (136PS) - DW10 Transmission: 6 Speed Manual Transaxle - MMT6 Emission:

2000 EEC (EEC 7)

Air Conditioning: Manual Air Conditioning Territory: (+)"GB" Paint: Machine Silver (Metallic) Interior Fabric: Rack / Dark Flint (B-C)

Also can any one point me to the right bluetooth code reader on ebay

Thanks

Stu
