MartynS
From what I recall of it when I read the details around 3 years ago when I got my first new Ford, it's provided by the AA and is the standard breakdown cover for the vehicle plus homestart (cover if your car breaks down at home - standard cover is only when it's more than 1/4 mile from home) and relay (where they take you and your car to anywhere you choose in the uk). Terms may have changed in the past 3 years though! Every Ford service includes another year too, so assuming you always use Ford for servicing you'll be covered for as long as you have the car. Not bad when you consider that the AA cover alone costs around the same (maybe even more) than a basic service!
jackgl
I've had a non fault accident and a non repairable puncture, I refused to use the tyre sealant and the car wouldn't get up on the Dolly's they have in the back of AA vans so I had to wait for a flatbed to get recovered home.
