I've just bought a 1.8 tdci sport focus and I've noticed recently that it's taking it's time to start in the mornings. I just put it down to the cold mornings but it's also doing it now when ever I start it when the engines warm too. Can anyone help ? Thx.

    could start with the glow plugs but that shouldnt effect it that much when warm

    It could be something as simple as an old battery. A load test would show this up easily.
