Evening all,

I don't know whether it's me or other owners are a bit stumped by this, but has anyone found their 5 speed MTX75 gearbox to be a bit... cheesey? What I mean is I'd like to be able to change smoothly as you do but when moving the stick between gears, especially from 3rd to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd it has a clunky feel to it. Gears don't grind and there's no clunking sound it just doesn't feel all that smooth to be honest.

    No idea how that posted! I like the gearbox in mine, its very precise, quite notchy, you do find of hear a kind clunk when putting it into gear but its more from the gear stick than the box

    Weird, it was alright this morning but then again the car was sat for about 3-4 minutes while I defrosted it before setting off.
