How easy is it to replace a cv boot on a focus cmax 2007?

    There are plenty of cv boot replacement videos on YouTube, probably none care specific though.

    Boot replacement is pretty much the same on all cars, there are a variety of different boots available too. A genuine ford kit is probably the way to go. Is it the outer cv boot that's burst?

    You need to undo the steering knuckle from the lower arm and remove the driveshaft from the knuckle. Removing the hub nut while the car is still on the ground helps too, although on the focus it's a bolt and they ain't that tight.
