hi all

can anyone help me, i have just got a Ford Focus 2012 1.6 EcoBoost, i've tried plugging my iPhone 5c using a usb cable, the first time its worked sweet, i could use the head unit to pick my music, after unplugging and switching the car off the head unit hasn't worked with the iPhone/usb properly since

has anyone got any ideas????

    Generaly it doesnt play nice with the focus stereo, however you can download an update.

    Take a look at the audio section for a thread where this has just been provided :)

    My 2012 Focus wouldn't update via USB, if you have sync it definitely won't.

    You are under warranty though so any Ford dealer should be able to update the audio software.
