I want to put footwell lights in and I what to put the holders were the original holders go . Do I have to buy the original ford bulb holders or will these fit

    The bulb holders in my footwells have a locking lug on them so that you fit them in and then twist to lock them otherwise they are not secure.

    But at £1 each its worth a try.

    I have done all the wire ready for when the holder come I did followed the diagrams from that link which helped me a lot . So I don't quite get it so you take the bulb out of the holder and put the two wire in and then put the bulb back in . I can't see how the bulb will go back with two bits of copper in its way as the copper bit of the my wire is hardest think
