    Can I ask what it means when people mention 'detailing'? Surely it arrives pretty clean and new!

    Detailing is just taking cleaning to the next level!!

    Perfect paintwork via polishing, clay bars and cleansers.

    Then a few layers of wax/sealants.

    It takes a while but makes future maintenance much easier.
