Hello guys iv got the silver head unit with the volume in the middle .

Iv tried to order the usb connection for it but I'm being told it will not work with this head unit . Is this right

    just be careful its what you actually want as its a little restrictive, it simulates a cd changer.

    That USB unit will work a thumb drive no problems.

    I have the OEM Ford one fitted but they are pretty much the same item.

    As long as you have an AUX button on your radio and not an CDDJ button the Connects2 unit will work.

    If you have an existing AUX socket in your car you can swap the wire from the original connector to the new one and keep that functional too.
