Are the 3W bright enough?

or should I be looking at 5W?

Looking to put them with these ..

H7 55W Xenon White Bulbs

4500K Super Bright White.

Any advice appreciated, I'm not a lover of the blue look, I just want a crisp bright white with a good beam.

I find it ironic that I have de-tango'd it to get that nice clear lens and now I'm after putting new bulbs in that are blue when off. LOL

If I'm honest, they won't give you a crisp white light. Check my project for white lights :) I used cree and hid bulbs.

And they aren't blue when off

I have the H4 version of those very same bulbs in my fiesta. When they are on they give off a very white light, only a very slight hint of blue (I mean very slight). I'm pleased with them. My profile pic shows the colour of the light.

Yeh, there behind projector lenses. Also i have the 6000k ones so there not a blue bulb.

So you see no blue when all my lights are off, and when on it's all white.

Nathan do you have projectors on your zs? I thought the zs came with reflectors

From what I know all the zs's are projectors ? Mine certainly is anyway.

That's what I'm after James, no blue tint or a very slight one.

Didn't really want to do the whole hid transformation due to reading about interference with DAB.

No interference with my dab :) but if your sticking to halogen, them bulbs look as good as your going to get. Plus they come with James good review.

Pity no one makes a xenon white bulb that actually has a white glass casing.

My hid bulbs do ? Hahaa I don't think it's possible without the ballasts (hid kit), because it burns higher causing a whiter light I think

Yeah my mistake, the zs has projectors as standard :)

i've just bought a set of these h7 bulbs... what side lights would compliment these ?
