Climate Control Lit Up All The Time With Keys Out

Hi , could any one help as I have a 2002 focus and the climate control buttons are all lit all of the time even with the keys out? Also fuel and temp gauges stay in the middle when keys are out? Thanks

    Sounds like either an earth problem or more likely a faulty ignition switch.
