Scum

Well my Fiesta has been in the dealers for a while now whilst they do some warranty work. I've had their brand new 307cc as a courtesy car. Took the missus out today, and getting back into it, some scumbag has keyed it from front to back on the near side.

I'd love to have fought the little bell ends in the act.

The little shi*s deserve the Neeson treatment in Taken with the chair. When they apologise and beg for forgiveness, you can say "I believe you, but it's not going to save you."

Harsh but it would be a deterrent to others.

So was it your own car or the courtesy car they keyed?

I've had mine done twice in a year, unfortunately for me it goes with the job.

Soon as some scrot finds out I'm Police they vent their angst.

That's why I don't buy new cars anymore.

Gotta love these little scrotes! as for Clive, well, I cant say I blame you, however, as you have CCTV, I would request the court to have the car resprayed as part of the punishment at their expense!!!!

In that case, connecting the car body up to a high output electrical current, then when key meets car - BANG! the little goit will regret it! :D

I agree with The Dark Knight, if they were caught they'd only get a slap on wrist, This country's too soft Give'em the birch they'd never do anything wrong again!!!

Stoney, yes it was the courtesy car. £250 xs to pay.

Ouch! sorry to hear that Martin! thats the horrible part!

Clive, I think thats the starting point!

Problem I suppose is that unless you have someone in the frame then you can't even claim the excess back.

Little sh**s!

Thing is we all know, including the officers that attended, who exactly done this. However, knowing and proving are so far apart, so for now, the little sh*tstain has got off lightly.

On a plus, my Fiesta is coming back as we speak and the dealer doesn't seem that bothered about the Pug.

When i bought my car it was keyed down the whole length of one side, deeply/ through to the metal in places - i got a significant discount off the asking price because of this

Years later someone made the other side match - the bad bits were filled in and the whole length t-cutted so it does not look too bad (from a distance!) but its funny - its only been done once each side - the car is kept dirty (gets an annual clean) this helps to cover the marks

Ive been thinking about fitting front and rear cameras, permenantly on, connetted to a recorder that detects/ records movement (when i get round to it)

I do hate how you have to draw the line between the one you know and the one you can prove!!!

Been there, done that, suffered damage and couldnt take it further for the same reason.... such a frustration!
