Are they not abit tacky ?

My ST dust caps arrived yesterday. Excellent product come in a little plastic case with 2 tools to tighten the grub screws so thieving little blighter's can't get them off. Due to bad weather I haven't been able to fit them and am away all weekend so hope to fit them on Monday evening. Will post some pictures next week but just to keep you going a picture of them as they were delivered, apologies for poor quality.

I used to have some similar caps that were tightened by small grubs using an allen key. Became a bit of a pain when needing to take them off and back on, lost my patience with them.

Also watch the threads don't wear else it's a nightmare to get them off, had to use pliers.

Hopefully those will be good quality, the tool certainly looks better

I had a set of similar dust caps a few years back, the grab screws got rotten by bad bad weather and were unable to get them off. The whole valve required replacement at a tyre fitter be aware!

These are also known to give ear drum bursting bass to the standard radio system, front facing missiles, and last but not least, makes all cars fitted with these 'invisible to speed cameras',,,, who's testing this theory then ???

So got back early from weekend away at friends and car was filthy. Gave it a quick wash and fitted my ST dust caps. They look pretty good although they are chromed and wheels are Rado Grey. They are pretty good quality and are metal so should be sturdy. Grub screws don't go all the way in when tightened which is a little disappointing but they are firmly fastened so should be difficult for the local chavs to steal. Few pictures below.

Do they do these in red? I have a red car, red brake calipers, red ST badges every where else think in blue would look a bit daft suppose they would match the blue oval though hmmm... Im tempted
