Just purchased a Fiesta Zetec. I have no problems with the car but the AM reception is driving me mad. Major interference when I try to listen to Five Live and Radio 4. Previous car was a Focus and I had no problems whatsoever with the radio.

Anybody got any ideas. Do I take it back to the dealer or is this a problem particular

to this model.

    Is it an original antenna? A lot of aftermarket ones like the Richbrook/bee sting ones are a classic case of form over function, and give pretty bad reception even on FM, let alone AM.
