The front discs is rusty - like it was not been used for a long time, the tyres look bald and the car would sit high like that if there was a lot of weight missing from under the bonnet - like the engine

Looks like its been jacked up with the absorbers seized fully out. Try bouncing on it if there's any movement.

Was it like it when u bought it? Id try bouncing it like said first and after that id have a look under Neath jack the front up on jack stands and see whats going on at each wheel, ie can you move the wheel up and down freely or try hitting a speed bump if it moves then maybe get it check at a garage,

It's probably had the wrong springs fitted, maybe lowered before he bought it and the owner just put pov spec fiesta springs back on.

Think i might just buy 40mm lowering springs for it

I wouldn't buy the springs till you figure out if that's what's wrong as just lowering to compensate won't fix it.

Check for oil on the shocks to start there, if the car rides as normal and no visible signs of a leak then lower away, is it only that side that looks wrong?

only reason I say the above is because my old Clio sat at wonky angle, it wasn't until it failed the MOT on a snapped front spring I had to change all of them as a lowering kit was half the price of 2 Renault springs and turned out the two at the back were completely different, NSR spring was about an inch longer.

post-52660-13982703433_thumb.jpgjust took this just now. Does look like its higher at the passenger side

Very difficult to tell from a photo but does look very slightly higher on the pass side yeah.

It does look higher yes but it could be the angle of the photo, take the car to a dead level service and measure from the floor to the top of the wheel arches you will find out if its level or not then or spirit level on the roof?
