D13 HPD 95
Morning all my question is above really i bought a set of the brake lines a while ago went to get them fitted and was told it would be 200, 45 for each wheel then 20 for brake fluid is it worth doing it for 200? I know the gains are small right ?? Would it make that much of a difference?? Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC mobile app
BeccaaCat
It doesn't make a huge difference that I've noticed Sent from my SM-G900F using Ford OC mobile app

Gary.J
Apart from the visual impact, the braided hoses aren't any more efficient than the ordinary ones. As for £200 for fitting them, that's way over the top. Should take about 5 minutes per wheel to replace the hoses. A quick bleed maybe a flush if the system hasn't been done for a couple of years. Work takes about an hour on a garage ramp, I'd pay no more than Beccacat paid, if I were giving it to a local garage to do. Personally, the job is a piece of cake, as long as you bleed the system carefully, you can do it in a couple of hours on the drive, jacking up each side as you go. D13 HPD 95
ive rented a ramp for £15 an hour on monday on my day off so will hopfully get the hoses and the exhaust fitted, plus get to use all the tools in the garage, will be fun :)
