Noise When Raise Clutch

i'm getting a shudder,clunking when i raise the clutch. it happens when pulling off but not changing up the gears.

if i put it in gear and depress and raise the clutch when stationary its most noticeable.

sounds like its coming from front right of car.

any ideas?

    Release bearing possibly, and to change this you need to take the gearbox out, and if your changing that, then it's very wise to replace the clutch kit aswell.

    it sounds the same as mine its a thrust bearing i was quoted 300 to replace it, they are fine to keep using until you cannot heae yourself think when using the clutch
