Hi I have an anti syphon cap and I get diesel all down my car from it.. I wipe every time I fill up but it keeps going black.. What's wrong?

    Remove nozzle very slowly. Manual recommends you wait 10secs before removing nozzle

    I do and I wipe around the cap everytime but within like 2hr there's big black mark down my car like a cupful
