Every time i turn the fan's on the AC comes on, does anybody know how to make in manual!?

    Also make sure the rotary dial is not set to 100% windscreen. The a/c comes on automatically if it is. Turn it one notch back to stop this happening.

    If the a/c is coming on with the rotary dial set elsewhere and without you pressing the a/c button then I don't know why it's doing it.

    Yeah i have the button, but sometimes i dont notice its on! I dont want to have to keep turning it off!

    Yes just one notch back up and that should stop it happening but it will still be on the screen.

    yes as full demist utilises the AC to dehumidify the air

    Basically yeh, one notch back means the majority of air to the windscreen and a very tiny bit to your feet. Not enough to notice though, and this is what everyone does who is annoyed by the air con coming on by itself all the time!

    My ac only comes on when selected, or move to full screen demist. Certainly doesn't come on when fan is at 1 no matter what the dial is at.
