Did anyone get this with their purchase?

Just wondering because I would like to know exactly how it works come the time when a few screws mysteriously appear in my front tires.

Do you just phone them and they organise the replacements or it a call then buy the tires and claim the money back and wait a few months?

    I'd be interested to hear peoples feed back as I got sold something similar with my car . When I needed two front tyres after 6months got told that the tyres is the only thing they can't guarantee as they are not made by them

    I have alloy and tyre care from Evans Halshaw.

    When I put in a claim for my alloy + tyre I rang up and they emailed me a claim form. Filled it out, included pics and sent it back to them.

    Then they rang back and organised a time/place for the refurb of my alloy. However with a tyre claim you have to claim the money back.
