When i start my car straight away the ac fan comes on, it goes off every now & then but runs all the time even when my ac is on low, the fan is working at full & is very noisy. Ive looked around cant see any obvious signs of fault?

    Yep been out in the car & it still does it in all positions, doesn't matter if blowing in face, windscreen or floor. Fan still goes on constant & loud.

    sounds like the motor is stuck, your probably going to have to get access to the rear and see if you can move it manually, if its locked tight, then you will need a new motor.

    its supposed to be on when the ac is on thats how it works there are 2 speeds to the fan but it should and will run all the time the ac is on
