Help Engine Fault

My Car has developed a fault, it's something to do with the engine, as I drive the car feels like it's ran out of petrol, it hasn't but that's the feeling I get it slowly looses revs and power till it stalls. If you go up hill this problem is ten times worse, has anyone else had anything similar I have an 08 fiesta st



Start by checking if the fuel filter has been replaced recently. If it has, then I would be looking at the coil packs and HT Leads.

Do this could it..? I was thinking maybe spark plugs or fuel injectors, I've had coil packs go before and this isn't similar it's starts normal just when you actually drive it.

Hi matey, dodgy / cacky fuel filter could do as it disrupts the flow of diesel to the engine, especially when under pressure it faces more resistance, which is why the fuel filter is worth doing.

just give it a full service, and see if it helps.........
