    To change your profile picture, click on your username in the top right hand corner of the screen, and then My Profile and the option to upload an avatar should be there.

    If you want to post pictures, go on reply to a topic and attach one by using the uploader.

    You can add pictures if you have them on a site such as photobucket, in the reply box you type in, click the little square icon just above the text, its the green square underneath the orange A and the smiley face :)
