Hi guys / gals

got a letter through the post from my dealership on anti theft systems and was interested to know if anyone else has got one

it describes anti theft systems such as glass breaking alarm, tracker and most interestingly a anti tilt system

now ive heard some stories on the forum where people have had their alloys pinched from the car being jacked up or worse their car towed away on a trailer

now ford says this anti tilt device (fitted at dealership) will sound your alarm if its either jacked up or picked up to be put on a trailer

it retails at £300 so wondering if anyone has it or is it a wise investment?

    I dont have it but it does sound like a wise investment, along with the tracker, but thats a whole lot more expensive

    I had a tracker on my last car as the insurance company wouldnt entertain insuring me without one, it cost £375 to have fitted and then £125 a year for the monitoring service. I do know someone who has had their car lifted off their drive recently and it was whilst they were sleeping, didnt hear a sound!!!!
