Hey all,

I have been spraying my engine cover similer to what Lenny has done.

I would like an opinion on what colour to do the lines on the left hand side.

A mate said it would look good with the lines filled black but im in two minds  I though of maybe doing it the same blue as the ford infil?

Looks patchy but as a noob sprayer I am happy with it :P

I'd say black, but it should be personal preference really.

You are the one who has to look at it as I'm sure any mechanic won't mind :P

Its not patchy... its texture!

Looks good mate, although black or blue, either should look good against the silver

How many layers of paint did you use?

I'm terrible at makeing decisions. I have blue left so could finish it tonight but if go black ill have to order some :P

Guess it depends how patient i am willing to be.

In that case I might say blue then, lol.

Saves spending more money and if you later decide you don't like it, you can always paint over it.

How about alternating colours?

Just to get a taste, put blue in every other gap.see how it stands out. If you like it do the other half :D
