Erm, I got a bit excitable when negotiating a roundabout and forgot about the dip half way round, when I reached the peak again I went very airborne.

Ended shiny side down in a farmers field.

I find it amazing how high these corsas can get, the one in the op went straight for the first floor.

Have the drivers been putting red bull in their filler caps? Lol.

Adam, I have a new found respect for you and your success at destroying the Corsa, bet it was a nerve wracking experience though!

Look im a griffin i can fly!.......oh no im a chicken with a flag aaaaaaarrrrgh smash crash wallop!!........................

It was the most exciting (and painful) few seconds of my life lol

haha, what was your total pain?

I was stuck upside down so was restrained by the seatbelt so just a bit of bruising really, it was more financially painful than anything else.

There was someone sitting in the passenger seat at the time and they quite rightly sued me.

Oh dear, well its good to know everyone was OK, but I wonder if the friendship survived the accident?

In a word, no.

I suspected as much!

We all live and learn!

Exactly mate, we were all young and stupid once.

One positive thing I took from it is that I now understand the dynamics of car handling.

that is a lesson worth learning! also you learned the corsa is not very good :p

To be honest I had another 2 after that, one of which was my insurance payout from this crash and the other was a 1.8 SRI.

Safe to say after that I moved on to much bigger and better things

My days of driving like my backside is on fire are over, I will certainly not be repeating the error
