Dear Sir,

I bought a Ford Focus titanium Plus on 24 / 03 2014 (2013 Model) here in Malaysia.

I have a few problems and been to two different Ford Service centers and my problem still persist.

They are as follows;

1) The car jerks at low speed, especially at low speeds, They said they have reset the system. But i feel there is no change. They may want to change the clutch plates .............not the gear box.

And the changing of the gear is not smooth.

2) At times the sensor on the right front innermost (near number plate) is making noise even when there is no object in front. They said they have reset.....still no change

3) Noise from Rt front wheel. they said one 'plate was loose' they have tighten it.

4) Noise from Left side front, they say they not sure where the sound is from, They claim they have opened the L front wheel and closed and said the 'sound should go away' . But sad to say it is still there

Please tell me what to do.

Welcome to the family Dr Halton!

Well your cars under warranty, so they should be doing more to diagnose it than they have. however I wonder if the following may be true:

1) you may need a software update, I wonder if you possibly have miscoded injectors?

2) check there is no debris or peeling paint on the sensor, if not, then they need to replace the sensor under warranty

3) Depending on the noise it might be a loose brake pad, we could really do with knowing what the noise is (sounds like and when)

4) again, we really need to know what the sound is like, and when it happens.
