Hi all i joined a while ago but since then i have purchased a new vehicle. A ford mondeo 2.2 tdci, titanium x, sport. My name is Ian and i am based near oxford.

Thanks. Indeed they are not cheap. The nicest car i have had for years had a 99 focus prior to this so a bit of a change. Got to say so far so good. Cant stop smiling :)

I had a 03 model 2 tdci. Was shocking. Dmf was on its way out and bonnet lock stuck. Got rid of it in the end. Hoping this one is more reliable!!! As i also love mondys. Used to own a st24 that was a great car :)

Definitely a great motor there, 2.2 might not have the grunt and go as the St but I was extremely impressed with the charisma of the mondeo, never expected to enjoy it as much!

Indeed is great car!! Loving it at the moment. The sts are nice just older. Did the sport take over from the st? Not up on my models.

I havent seen an ST or an RS (sadly) of our model mondeo, you still have the likes of the Zetec being the midspec, the Titanium is top, and you have the Titanium Sport which is probably the best of all worlds.

Yep i was aiming for the titanium x sport as i had been told they are the nice ones. Thanks for that.

I would truly love to see an ST or RS for that matter in MK4. that would make my life. Heck, who knows what 2015 may bring :D
