must admit, if someone did that to me, I would have second thoughts about how hard I hit the brakes, if he wants cash he might as well make a good claim, roll the car a few times, that might stop him doing it again :p

Was this proven to be a scam?

I'm going to stick my neck out and say it's simply a case of driver not paying attention. If you watch the car in front of the car that swerves, the brake lights come on but the 'crash' car seems not to notice until it's right up his jacksie and swerves out of the way.

i think he might be on to something hes right i had to watch twice but the second time i seen the car infront jam on the breaks the car behind swerves across 3 lanes and he sees a truck coming in middle lane narrowly missed that one and hits the one he didnt see
