Featured Replies

I am getting 26.4 MPG is that about right . thanks

Parkers is good for engine specs. Gives you mpg for urban etc.

I have a 1.6 Focus and at the moment (petrol where I am is just over £1 a liter) I get about 30 - 35 miles per gallon around town.

i have a 1.6 focus, when it was brand new i was breaking it in gently and only getting 25-26mpg, now its broken in nicely im averageing around 35mpg : ]

how long about was it when you started getting 35mpg

  • 2 weeks later...

I get 37mpg on average.

I've got the 1.8. And I'm getting, according to the computer, 31mpg. I'm meant to be getting 28 according to most sites. Your 1.6 should be doing better than mine shouldn't it as I have the bigger engine and extra power?
