Hi, everything I drive the car in certain gears and revs it will jerk, I know it's not the engine struggling as it's in the correct gears for example 2nd gear at 1600 revs approx. Any ideas??

    When you say it jerks do you mean the engines missing and therefore causing it to jerk?

    I would say the year and issue is likely to be either EGR related, or potentially DPF, but moreso EGR IMHO.

    Petrol?, diesel?, engine capacity?

    I can confidently say its not the DPF if its a petrol-engined car and it won't be the coil packs if its a diesel :lol:

    Haha sorry guys it's a 1.8 tdci so definatly diesel, so I've done the filter and still no joy, see I'm not sure if my time turbo could be doing this

    Easiest way to tell is to get and fit an egr blank plate.
