Clive are police allowed to use a speed gun from the window of an unmarked car in area which has no clear speed camera signs

    I haven't been caught speeding as I don't get paid enough to speed so there is no point I just didn't think they were allowed in plain clothes in a plain car poking out of a wee entrance with their gun
