Forscan And 1.6 Tdci Dpf Favour...?

Hello,

Still trying to diagnose my DPF issues, but struggling to find figures to prove the state of a DPF.

I don't like causing hassle or putting people out but just wondered if someone with FORScan would mind doing a brief data loffing test to compare to mine? :)

Needs to be a standard 1.6 TDCi 110 DPF with the DPF still fitted, preferably an Eolys DPF like my own if possible but a cDPF should give similar readings I think.

I just want to know the pressure differential at idle and what it 'spikes' to under heavy load. And the age and mileage on your car (or DPF if its been changed).

Thanks in advance... :D

Tom

There is the dpf ash distance until max, I reset mine to 99000 and it changed aback to its low figure after a couple of hundred miles, once mine got to 2000 I bit the bullet, I have traces from before but none with what your looking for. Theres also the distance since last regen, as that drops its a good warning assuming you drive it correctly.

Thanks Darren, the one I'm looking for is the differential pressure though. Mine peaks around 9kPa...which is only about 1psi so doesn't sound like much to me lol, but I can't seem to find any info on what it should be, or at what level it would start to regen, or what level would put it into limp mode...

The dist-ashful thing only goes on mileage I think? Mine still reckons I've got ~27k miles to go...which conveniently puts it as full right at Fords recommended 75k service lol! That cant be a coincidence lol.
