Hi,my name is Andy,I have a Motability Ford Focus estate automatic which I collected new on the 10/12/2012,on the 30/12/2013 I took the car in for repairs for juddering powershift gearbox,Fords at Alperton told me to bring it back on the 14/1/2014 for repairs,they kept it until the 3/2/2013 21 days

They told me that they had to wait for the part to be manufactured.On the 22/8/2014 juddering returned & I took it to Fords at Colindale they told me that it would have to come in for gearbox repairs

& they were waiting for the modified part to be manufactured.Ford made a big thing of opening a 100,000 parts department in Daventry,wheres my part,not even in the country???

Went in for repairs 24/8/2014 returned 36 days later

Ford customer service HQ told me in writing that this was not a common fault with the powershift gearbox??? I HAVE NOT HAD THIS CAR ON THE ROAD FOR A TOTAL OF 57 DAYS

A 22 month old car this cannot be right,has anybody else had this problem !!!
