Learner Insurance - Marmalade Or Adrian Flux?

Featured Replies

Thinking of getting learner insurance for my daughter - she just done her theory test and booked her first driving test next March.

Meanwhile she is asking whether she can use my car to practice.

I searched and came across two companies that seem to be specialising in this - Marmalade and Adrian Flux.

Did anyone used any of these for learner's insurance?

Is it worth buying such an insurance at all or shall I just add her to my insurance as a third driver?

BTW, the car isn't going to be Ford - don't think any learner insurance will insure her for CC (which isn't quite sporty but insurance guys seem to hold a different view on this, sadly).

Try Collingwood, thats what im on, I got a 1.8tdci focus mk2 2007. I found it was the cheapest for provisional insurance.

We went with collingwood too for our daughter, insured her on a fiesta 1.25 that we bought for her, by far the cheapest.

Collingwood seem to be quite expensive for 3 months cover though :(
