Ebay Refund/unpaid Item???

What it is i had an item off ebay and paid for it and all sorted.

I sent item back and person gave me full refund,all fine and done.

Now i have ( in top left on ebay page) 1 unpaid item which i have had the refund for and all sorted.

How do i remove it???

    Try marking it as paid, you have to do this on desktop version and not mobile. I think its under 'actions' (next to the item in purchase history) - then 'mark as paid'

    Aint got that option,when i go onto the item and on the 'more actions' i have contact seller,return this item,view similar item,view

    this item,follow this seller,hide item,this is under the 'cancel item details'.

    If i open the main page for the item it says 'you have brought this item'

    'cancel item details' it says seller has cancelled this item £0 at the bottom.

    All done,you have to wait 60 days now for it to go as you can't do it yourself.

    Just contacted ebay live chat online,very helpfull.

    Its a thing there looking into up-dating the system for that kind of thing.
