Heater Help.

Featured Replies

Hi all my mate has just brought a second hand mk1.5 and is having problems with his heaters. Now the heaters do not work at all so we checked the fuse replaced the resistor with no joy. It also turns out that there is no power to it.

Any help to get this working would be great.

are the fans working?

They are mate yes. I'm thinking it maybe the switch its self?

Are you referring to the knob to change the settings?

Yes

they may have disconnected from the rear, you would need to take the front panel off and check behind. It has been known for them to come separated and you can re-attach it.

Cheers mate. I've passed the message on so fingers crossed it is that?

It's not unheard of to happen but it's one possible answer.
