Focus Mk2 Speakers

Featured Replies

Hi,

For some reason the RHS speaker on my Mk2 Focus have stopped working. This is both the Driver Door & Passenger Door. However, the small tweeter still works.

I thought it unlikely that both speakers would go at some time so assumed issue with Head Unit or Wiring. However, after testing with a speaker from the house it appears head unit and wiring are fine but both speakers have gone.

I can find a front speaker on eBay but can't find a rear anywhere. Not looking to upgrade them or anything just want the standard ones. Anyone upgraded and got some knocking about?

If not does anyone know the Finis code? I spoke to my local dealer but they quotes almost £40 each and wouldn't give me the Finis code when I asked. Hoping having code might help me find them online.

I replaced the rear with 6x9s as it was easier the speakers are pop riveted in so door card off drill out the rivets to get old speaker out which I glued to a plastic frame they are all 6x8
